Extended Access
We are improving access to general practice: evening and weekend appointments are now available.
Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see another GP at another surgery nearby (including Saturday and Sunday). You will be required to consent to your medical record being shared with another GP.
We currently have appointments at Rainham Healthy Living Centre, Lordswood Healthy Living Centre, Rochester Healthy Living Centre, Balmoral Gardens and Woodlands Family Practice. Talk to the practice receptionist to find out more about booking an appointment.
Out-of-Hours Service
Patients requiring medical treatment or advice outside of our normal surgery hours will be able to use the NHS 111 service. This NHS service helps people access urgent local health services. To access this service the Telephone number to ring is 111.

Please call NHS 111 if you need medical help when this practice is closed.
The NHS 111 team has trained advisers, nurses and doctors available at all times. They can help over the phone and advise you where to go if you need to see someone. Please don’t waste time going to the wrong place – phone NHS 111 first.
You can also use NHS 111 online 111.nhs.uk. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, seven-days-a-week.
